The draft is going to be Friday September 30th, at 7:00pm EDT in Ontario, 5:00pm MDT in Alberta, and the morning after for Derek (Saturday October 1st, 8am KST). It is going to be online so you need to have a Yahoo account… real easy stuff, takes two seconds. I’ll be on Skype during the draft, we could have a little conference call type thing. I need to have the money BEFORE the draft this time, it’s $50 again.

It’s a full season of trades, signs and roster changes just like last year, should be real fun and hopefully everyone understands the free-agents and maximum games played, if not just ask. Try a mock draft on the Yahoo page to see if your browser works with it…if you’re signed up and don’t show up, it will use your pre-draft rankings, so make sure that’s set if you’re an unreliable prick. Here’s the temporary site for info on the new pool, Brian and I were talking about it and it looks like we’ll do it the Saturday before the start of the season.

• Online draft on Yahoo, so get your account info ready
• Live draft with the option of *pre-picks if you happen to miss it
• Trades and free-agents same as last year. A smaller max trade (lets say ~3), a larger max transactions (~20).
• We’ll keep the max games again, I may add just a few more for each position for a little leeway.
• Probably the same amount buy in at 50, with a 70/20/10 split of the pot from 1st/2nd/3rd.
